New Years Resolutions

Happy New Year!! How many of you have kicked off the New Year with a resolution? Let’s be honest, who really keeps their resolutions anyway? Setting the right type of New Year’s resolution sounds like a great idea but most people never give a second thought on how to make those resolutions a reality. They make the resolutions on December 31st and often only check them again after 12 months. According to surveys, only 8 percent of people successfully achieve their New Year’s resolutions and 80 percent of those who make New Year resolutions have failed by January. 20th.

Don’t throw your New Years resolution out the window!! This is one of the few traditions we still have that actually promotes self-development and inner growth.  My suggestion is that if you are serious about making changes and breaking bad habits, do it properly and with conviction. There are special formulas for success and we now have the technology in our grasp. Here is an interesting article on WHY NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS FAIL?
Wishing you the very best in 2013!! May this year be one of health, growth, prosperity, love and kindness.
